CITO Regular Business Hours:
  Monday through Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
CITO Technical Support is closed Saturday and Sunday.
CITO Central Systems Maintenance Hours:
  Saturdays (6:00am to 12:00pm)
CITO Workstation Patch Maintenance Hours:
  Sunday through Saturday (3:00am to 6:00am)


Notice:   Due to an increased volume of CITO Help Requests observed around this time of year,   please expect delays in response to your request.
We will address your request as soon as resources become available.
CITO Shop Requests can expect a minimum of a three day turn around.


Currently, the average turn around time is five business days.
Times can be longer or shorter depending on the current workload in the CITO Shop.

Notice: On Thursday, September 17th, Indiana University retired the IU.EDU Kerberos realm.
Please make sure you are logging on to your Windows workstation via ADS and not IU.EDU

UITS IT Notice: Difficulties accessing multiple systems (Start Date and Time: 10/20/2009 12:20 PM EDT)(End Date and Time: 10/20/2009 2:01 PM EDT)

OneStart, Oncourse, CAS, TIME, AMS (Account Management Service), IU Jira Professional, Confluence Enterprise system, Workflow, and others.
Administrators restored service at 2:01pm.
